A good suspension and air-filled tires will help you navigate through rough terrain. It's also suitable for jogging, although you must wait until your baby is at least six or nine months old before doing this.

This light pushchair made by Ickle Bubba comes with a variety of features that parents will appreciate. It is an all-in-one travel system that includes a lie-flat carrycot for newborns, a multi-position forward and rear-facing pushchair seat as well as a choice of group 0+ car seat, so you can get everything in one package.

The XL Air is a really impressive car and it's easy to understand why it has received such high praise from customers. It's incredibly light - the chassis and wheels weigh only 6.5kg and it's super-easy to build. In fact I was able to get the whole thing up and running in less than five minutes, which is amazing considering that it also included the tying of the fabric to the carrycot!

The seat is wide and comfortable for Annie who is just 12 months old. The recline lever was easy to use. The basket is spacious with plenty of space and I like that the handle bar has a pocket to keep your keys and phone safe.

The only issue is that the handlebar is low, which can be a problem for taller parents. However, it's coated in a gorgeous leather-like material that's soft and comfy and wipes down easily, meaning it's still easy to push with bags and children in your hands!

Hauck Pushchair Runner

The Runner is designed for parents who enjoy exploring and are always on the move. Its large pneumatic wheels were designed to be used on field and forest trails and the front wheel can be rotated and locked for additional versatility. The stroller comes with a 5-point safety harness with an adjustable front bar that will keep your child safe on every trip. The parking brake will keep the stroller stationary while you rest. The comfortable seat is simple to lower to a lying position and the canopy opens up with netting to ensure maximum air circulation on hot days. The handle can be height-adjusted by more than 30 cm to accommodate dad or mum's heights.

No matter if you're taking a quick jog or a hike that lasts a while The Runner is ready to accompany you on your journeys with a fully-flat lie-flat seat and suspension air wheels that guarantee a bump-free ride. It's the latest and most expensive version of their bargain light stroller line. It as with the Ickle Bubba Aurora and Yoyo, is car seat adaptable so you can use it right from birth (the carrycot folds away).

The new Pace comes with some amazing design features such as rose-gold hues on the chassis, hood and stroller trims that truly make it stand out. The car seat and stroller fabrics are fashionable in tan, grey and cream. You can also choose to add handles made of leather and a bumper bar to complement.

It's suitable for babies up to a maximum weight of 22kg and the stroller seat can easily be converted from the carrycot into a 2-in-1 reversible mode, parent or world-facing. The stroller seat has multi lie-back positions, comfortable padded leg rests and an extendable sun canopy featuring concealed zip sections, a viewing through flaps and an adjustable sun visor.

When folded when folded, the Pace measures 56 33cm x 43cm x 32cm which is perfect for hand luggage on Easyjet and Ryanair. It's also easy to fold down, using two buttons on the handlebar's opposite side that you can click into and pop up.

It's a bit bigger than most pushchairs, but it does not feel heavy or bulky when you push it over bumpy surfaces.

The fabric of the seat is machine washable, and the faux leather grips and frame are easy to clean. It is also quieter than other pushchairs, and I felt comfortable with it on busy urban streets. It has built-in accessory points, so you can attach parasols and footmuffs and also changing bags, snack trays, and even snack tray. The hood can be used to block out the elements of wind and rain, but it's not waterproof. The single pram is able to be fitted with the Comfort Wheeled board (not included), which gives your child more legroom. The bassinet took around 20 minutes to set-up, and it took about the same amount of time to convert it into an actual seat.
